CF Industries CEO Anthony Will to retire, effective Jan. 4

Mr. Bohn has been instrumental in strategic initiatives such as the formation of the Blue Point joint venture, the acquisition of the Waggaman, Louisiana, ammonia production facility, and the development of the company's expanded strategic focus on low-carbon ammonia [1].
