According to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Nvidia (NVDA.US) CEO Jen-Hsun Huang sold $30.6 million worth of stock this week.

Huang sold on July 15 and 16, at prices between $126.34 and $130.34. He still owns about 78.7 million shares of Nvidia stock.

The filing said, “The reported transactions were made pursuant to the 10b5-1 trading plan approved by the reporter on March 14, 2024.”

Huang also sold $30.7 million worth of stock on July 5-8 and $169.9 million worth of stock in the last week of June.

Nvidia shares fell 6.6% to $117.99 on Wednesday, part of a broader slump in the semiconductor industry after reports that the U.S. government may impose further export restrictions on the industry.

Nvidia’s market capitalization has fallen back below $3 trillion.
