Century Aluminum Company has sold its Hawesville, Kentucky site to TeraWulf Inc. for redevelopment into a digital infrastructure campus for high-performance computing and artificial intelligence. Century will retain a non-controlling minority equity stake and the redevelopment is expected to create new jobs and long-term economic activity for the region.
