CenterPoint Energy Launches Community Progress Tracker to Track Resiliency Grid Upgrades in Greater Houston

CenterPoint Energy has launched a new Community Progress Tracker map to provide customers with a clear view of the company's efforts to strengthen the electric grid around Greater Houston. The map allows customers to view more than 56,000 new storm-resilient poles, over 8,000 miles of tree-trimming, and more than 500 new automation and intelligence devices delivered since August 1, 2024. This is part of the company's Greater Houston Resiliency Initiative to improve reliability and resiliency in the face of severe weather events.
