Cemtrex Expands Industrial Services Platform with Acquisition of Richland Industries.

Cemtrex, a Nasdaq-listed company, has acquired Richland Industries, expanding its industrial services platform into the Southeast. The acquisition represents a significant next step in AIS's multi-year evolution, which has grown from $21 million in annual revenue in 2022 to $38 million in 2025. Richland Industries brings established fabrication, mechanical installation, and industrial services capabilities, along with a contracted backlog, and will operate under a new subsidiary, AIS Tennessee. This acquisition marks the fourth owned industrial property in AIS's portfolio and extends the Company's industrial services platform into one of the fastest-growing industrial regions in the US.
