CBRE (NYSE:CBRE) and other real estate services stocks reported strong Q3 earnings, with revenues beating analysts' estimates by 3.3% on average. CBRE's revenues of $10.26 billion, up 13.5% YoY, exceeded expectations by 2.1%, while The Real Brokerage (NASDAQ:REAX) reported revenues of $568.5 million, up 52.6% YoY, outperforming analysts' estimates by 6.5%. Offerpad (NYSE:OPAD) reported revenues of $132.7 million, down 21.8% YoY. Share prices of the companies have held steady, with CBRE's stock down 3.5% since reporting and currently trading at $158.04.
