CBIZ Names Jennifer Hutchins as Chief Investment Officer for Investment Advisory Services

CBIZ appoints Jennifer Hutchins as Chief Investment Officer of CBIZ Investment Advisory Services, effective August 18, 2025. Hutchins brings over 20 years of experience in financial planning and investment analysis. She will oversee investment strategy, research, and governance functions at CBIZ IAS, leading discretionary portfolios and advancing the organization's investment philosophy.

CBIZ, Inc. has announced the appointment of Jennifer Hutchins as the new Chief Investment Officer of CBIZ Investment Advisory Services, LLC (CBIZ IAS), effective August 18, 2025. Hutchins brings over two decades of experience in financial planning and investment analysis, making her a significant addition to the company's leadership team.

Hutchins joins CBIZ from Avantax Wealth Management, where she served as Co-Chief Investment Officer. In this role, she was responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and performance of the Portfolio Management team, home office discretionary portfolios, and both ERISA and non-ERISA retirement portfolios. Prior to her tenure at Avantax, Hutchins held positions at A.G. Edwards & Sons and Beck, Inc.

As Chief Investment Officer at CBIZ IAS, Hutchins will lead the investment strategy, research, and governance functions. She will oversee discretionary portfolios, research development, and advisor enablement, driving the organization's investment philosophy and model management approach across a diverse advisory platform.
