With over 30 years of experience, Brooder has worked with clients throughout their lifecycle, from innovative emerging growth companies to public companies. His expertise includes reporting requirements for publicly traded companies, including registration statements and 10-Q and 10-K forms.
2. Doug Fahrnow - Professional Services: Doug Fahrnow, a Managing Director in Indianapolis, has extensive experience in professional services, including professional employer organizations (PEOs) and consulting firms. Fahrnow's background includes business acquisitions, profitability consulting, and managing financial restructuring scenarios.
3. Seth Goldblum - Private Equity: Based in Philadelphia, Seth Goldblum is a Senior Managing Director in CBIZ's Private Equity Advisory practice. He provides business advisory services to privately held businesses, private equity-backed companies, and their owners. Sacco's expertise includes cash flow projections, third-party financing, cost and expense reduction, benchmarking, inventory management, and deal structuring.
6. Abe Schlisselfeld - Real Estate: Abe Schlisselfeld is a Senior Managing Director in New York City. As the CBIZ real estate national leader, Schlisselfeld advises commercial real estate owners, developers, management firms, and real estate investment trusts (REITs) on all facets of taxation. He has explored the tax benefits and implications of the Qualified Opportunity Zones program since its introduction in the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017.
