CARV Hackathon Showcases 21 Winning AI-Web3 Projects Amid 600 Applicants

CARV, a blockchain-based AI infrastructure platform, recently concluded the Tech Fairness Hackathon in partnership with FAIR3 and HackQuest, highlighting significant progress in the development of sovereign AI Beings. The event attracted over 600 applicants, with 200 registered projects and 21 winning teams chosen from 30 finalists. The hackathon emphasized open, equitable AI and Web3 technologies, showcasing the potential of privacy-first, modular applications aligned with CARV’s strategic vision of evolving into a fully composable AI Being Stack [1].

Participants focused on four core infrastructure layers: AI Agent Infra on SVM, Decentralized Data Orchestration via the D.A.T.A. Framework, Modular Identity & Reputation using CARV ID, and Open Innovation for real-world AI applications. Notable projects included AI World, Cipher Protocol, DootyCall, NutriMe, and PeachLust, demonstrating diverse use cases such as AI-driven health tools, generative storytelling, and real-time financial assistants, all integrated with identity, data, and on-chain execution logic [1].

Ambero Tu, CTO of CARV, emphasized that the winning projects serve as functional microcosms of the broader CARV ecosystem. He outlined three near-term priorities: large-scale deployment of Agent IDs with behavioral metadata, early Agent Marketplaces for on-chain transactions, and increased governance participation through veCARV staking [1]. Victor Yu, COO of CARV, noted that the platform will now support builders with on-chain deployments, testing environments, and fast-track access to infrastructure [1].

Post-hackathon, CARV will offer engineering mentorship, grants for top teams, access to real user traffic via CARV Play and partner platforms, and opportunities to propose Agent DAO pilots through veCARV governance [1]. The company views the event as a catalyst for building an ecosystem of AI Beings—agents that are identity-bound, economically aligned, and designed to serve real people.
