CARV, a platform dedicated to the development of sovereign AI Beings, has completed its Tech Fairness Hackathon in collaboration with FAIR3 and HackQuest. The event, which focused on open and equitable AI and Web3 technologies, attracted over 600 participants and more than 200 registered projects, with 21 teams ultimately being recognized as winners [1].
The hackathon demonstrated significant global interest in modular, privacy-first applications built on agent-based systems. These developments align with CARV’s strategic vision of transitioning from data infrastructure to a fully composable, autonomous AI Being Stack. Developers were encouraged to engage with four core infrastructure layers: AI Agent Infra on SVM, Decentralized Data Orchestration, Modular Identity & Reputation, and Open Innovation [1].
Several standout projects emerged, including AI World, Cipher Protocol, DootyCall, NutriMe, and PeachLust. These projects illustrated how decentralized agents can be realized through modular infrastructure, offering applications such as AI-powered health tools, generative storytelling platforms, and real-time financial assistants [1].
Ambero Tu, CTO of
, noted that the event served as a live testing ground for innovative ideas. He emphasized that the winning projects are not just prototypes but potential blueprints for the future of the CARV ecosystem. Tu outlined three near-term priorities: scaling the deployment of Agent IDs, launching early agent marketplaces, and promoting governance participation through veCARV [1].Victor Yu, COO of CARV, highlighted the platform’s commitment to supporting developers through on-chain deployments, testing environments, and early access to CARV’s infrastructure. Post-hackathon, CARV will offer engineering mentorship, grants, access to real user traffic, and opportunities to propose Agent DAO pilots through veCARV governance [1].
CARV envisions an ecosystem of AI Beings that are identity-bound, economically aligned, and designed to serve real users. The platform emphasizes values such as Tech Fairness, Data Sovereignty, and the Agent Economy. With over 8 million CARV IDs issued, 60,000 verifier nodes, and 1,000 integrated games, CARV is positioned to bridge AI agents, Web3 infrastructure, and real-world utility [1].
The hackathon is seen as a pivotal moment for the platform, serving as a catalyst for the continued development of agent-driven economies. As Victor Yu stated, the event proved not only the potential of CARV’s technology but also its underlying values, marking the beginning of a collaborative and innovative journey [1].
