The acquisition aims to integrate Dray Dog's tool into CargoSprint's existing offerings, streamlining appointment scheduling and improving operational efficiency for freight movements in a critical U.S. import-export corridor. The move comes amid ongoing challenges in global supply chains, including delays at major ports and fluctuating carrier performance. For instance, ocean carrier on-time arrivals at global ports declined in January 2026, according to industry data firm Xeneta.
