Cantor Fitzgerald Buys 7.78mln MBAV Shares, Drops Reporting Status

M3-Brigade Acquisition V Corp. (MBAV) has announced that, as a result of the transactions disclosed herein, the Reporting Parties no longer hold a 10% or greater stake in the Issuer's outstanding Class A Ordinary Shares. In accordance with this development, the Reporting Parties are filing this Form 4 to indicate that they are no longer considered Reporting Parties of the Issuer. Specifically, CANTOR FITZGERALD, L.P. acquired 7,779,865 shares at $10.8 per share on March 24, 2026.
