The funding, led by Brighton Park Capital, boosts the company's valuation to $600m. Canary Technologies, a leading provider of hotel guest management technology, has announced the closure of an $80 million Series D funding round. The round was led by Brighton Park Capital, with participation from existing investors including Insight Partners, F-Prime Capital, Thayer Ventures, Y-Combinator, and Commerce Ventures. This latest investment boosts Canary's valuation to approximately $600 million [1].

The funding will be utilized to accelerate Canary's international expansion and further develop its AI-driven guest engagement solutions. Canary Technologies was founded in 2018 by lifelong friends and hospitality experts Harman Singh Narula and SJ Sawhney. The company's platform offers a comprehensive suite of services that encompass every aspect of the guest journey, from booking to departure.
