Calix, Inc. (NYSE: CALX) has announced the appointment of Amritesh Chaudhuri as its new executive vice president and chief marketing officer (CMO). Chaudhuri will oversee the company's go-to-market transformation, with a focus on preparing customers for the AI era. He succeeds J. Matthew Collins, who previously held the position until his passing in May 2025.
With over two decades of experience in driving growth across various facets of go-to-market strategies, Chaudhuri brings a wealth of expertise in marketing, product, sales, and revenue operations. He has also spent over a decade applying AI to cloud and customer experience (CX) transformation, making him well-suited to lead Calix through its significant upcoming launch.
Calix is gearing up for the launch of its third-generation Broadband Platform, which will build upon a $2 billion investment over 13 years. This platform aims to transform broadband service providers (BSPs) into broadband experience providers (BXPs) by introducing an evolved agentic AI architecture and a legion of AI agents across all solutions. The platform is designed to streamline operations and introduce innovative subscriber experiences for BSPs of any size.
