The resort will feature a new casino floor with over 1,000 slot machines and 28 table games, a 100-room hotel with a luxury spa, pool, and fitness center, and a diverse food and beverage lineup. Additionally, the resort will include a steakhouse, an upscale café, an Asian concept, an elevated quick-service option, a fireside bar, a sports bar, and a wine bar with an outdoor deck.
Caesars Republic Sonoma County will be part of Caesars Entertainment's expansive Caesars Rewards® network, allowing guests to earn and redeem Reward Credits at any of the company's 50+ destinations across the country. The project is expected to bring a significant economic and cultural boost to the region.

On August 2, 2025, the two entities broke ground on the project, which aims to complete the transformation by summer 2027.
