On April 8, ByteDance's cloud computing arm, Volcano Engine, launched Data Agent, an enterprise data intelligence entity designed to revolutionize data management for businesses. This innovative tool is powered by advanced large model capabilities, enabling it to deeply understand business needs and autonomously perform complex tasks such as drafting in-depth research reports and designing marketing activities.

Data Agent is engineered to serve as an "AI data expert" for enterprises. It automates the process of understanding business contexts, breaking down tasks, and executing plans by leveraging both structured and unstructured data. This includes knowledge bases and other non-structured data, which Data Agent integrates and analyzes to provide comprehensive insights.
