Bybit Partners Manteca for Instant Crypto Payments in Argentina Brazil

Bybit, the world’s second-largest cryptocurrency exchange, has announced a strategic partnership with Manteca, a leading financial infrastructure platform in Latin America. This collaboration aims to enhance Bybit's offerings in Argentina and Brazil by introducing a new instant payments service. The service will enable Bybit users to make payments using interoperable QR codes in Argentina, facilitated by the Central Bank of Argentina’s Transferencias 3.0 system, and through PIX in Brazil, leveraging Manteca’s technology.

This integration allows Bybit Pay users to make payments at any store that accepts QR codes in Argentina or PIX in Brazil, utilizing their crypto balances seamlessly. The conversion to local currency is automatic and occurs in real-time, ensuring fast and efficient transactions without the need for intermediaries or manual withdrawals. Argentina becomes the second market globally, following Brazil, to offer Bybit’s comprehensive product suite, including both its card and integrated local payments.

Patricio Mesri, Country Manager for Spanish-speaking Latin America at Bybit, highlighted the significance of this launch, stating that it addresses the users' need to use crypto in their daily lives. The integration with Manteca’s infrastructure provides a more complete experience, enabling users to invest, save, and pay in real life quickly, simply, and securely.
