In the realm of rising stocks, Inozyme PharmaINZY-- (INZY) witnessed a notable increase of 5.19%, marking its second consecutive day of gains. Over the past two days, the stock has surged by 30.28%. This rise follows BioMarin's agreement to acquire InozymeINZY-- for a total consideration of approximately $270 million in an all-cash deal priced at $4.00 per share.
On the other hand, Defi DevelopmentDFDV-- (DFDV) experienced a decline of 4.52%. This decrease comes as the DeFi development company and Bonk make history by becoming the first public company and community Memecoin validators to partner together.
Meanwhile, TSS (TSSI) saw a drop of 1.99%, continuing its downward trend for the second day with a total decline of 2.21% over the two days. Despite the recent downturn, TSS's future outlook appears positive, with expectations of a rise in stock price following an increase in first-quarter revenue.
NWTN, on the other hand, rose by 5.00%, achieving gains for four consecutive days and accumulating a 109.65% surge over this period. The company announced the appointment of Benjamin Bin Zhai as the new CEO, aiming to drive strategic transformation within the organization.

UroGen Pharmaceuticals (URGN) saw a minor decline of 0.20%, marking its third consecutive day of losses, accumulating an 11.58% fall over the three days. The stock plummeted by 20% following the release of FDA documents ahead of an advisory committee meeting, which indicated disagreements in cancer drug research.
Globant (GLOB) dropped by 0.62%, extending its decline over two days to 5.36%. The depreciation in share price was attributed to a downgrade in ratings by major investment firms.
On a positive note, Arrive AI (ARAI) achieved a gain of 1.92%. The stock began trading on the Nasdaq and was temporarily suspended after triggering a circuit breaker.
Lastly, Travere Therapeutics (TVTX) rose slightly by 0.28%, marking its second consecutive day of increase and achieving a total gain of 1.00% over these two days. Nevertheless, the stock has dropped over 15% and is predicted to mark the lowest decline since September 2023.
