Brookfield Asset Management's fund, Brookfield Super-Core Infrastructure Partners (BSIP), has agreed to buy a 40.1% stake in a collection of European data centers from Data4, a fund controlled by Brookfield Infrastructure Fund V. The deal is valued at approximately $4 billion and indicates the enterprise value of StableCo, the data center operator. BSIP is investing $382 million in equity. The transaction was approved by the limited partner advisory committees behind both funds.
