Gautam, previously an Executive Director and Cash Equities Product Lead at J.P. Morgan, will lead the continued integration of Broadridge’s product suite and spearhead the development of advanced multi-asset trading capabilities. His extensive global expertise in trading platforms and product management will be instrumental in evolving Broadridge’s solutions to meet the demands of clients navigating increasingly complex trading environments [1][2][3].
Brian Pomraning, Chief Product Officer at BTCS, commented, “Munish has a proven track record developing and managing comprehensive trading solutions at a global scale. His experience in building high-performance trading systems, coupled with a deep understanding of global market structures and regulatory environments, will be crucial as we continue to innovate for our clients” [1][2][3].
In addition to this appointment, Broadridge has been actively expanding its front office trading technology capabilities. The company recently appointed several executives, including Ken MacHarg, Anand Chintala, Ian Williams, Yewande Sobola, and Tom Gallo, to bolster its BTCS business [1][2][3].
Broadridge also reported strong market adoption of its instant payments service, designed to help European financial institutions meet new EU regulations ahead of the October 2025 compliance deadline. The service enables seamless connectivity to the European Central Bank’s Target Instant Payment Settlement (TIPS) system, supporting 24/7 real-time transaction processing with zero downtime [3].
The service has attracted seven clients since its launch in late 2024 and has been successful due to its speed of onboarding, integration with core banking platforms, and cost efficiency. The company’s instructing party model, developed with the ECB, simplifies compliance while reducing the cost and complexity of real-time payment implementation [3].
Christian Wust, Managing Director at CPB SOFTWARE (GERMANY) GMBH, highlighted the agility of the service, noting that Broadridge helped clients go live in just five months, covering multiple banks in that timeframe. This level of agility is a significant advantage in today’s fast-moving payments environment [3].
