Brightstar Lottery PLC (NYSE: BRSL) has signed an eight-year contract with the Missouri Lottery to upgrade its central system and enhance its digital program. The agreement, announced on July 15, 2025, will deploy Brightstar's fully-integrated lottery solution, OMNIA™, which will seamlessly connect retail and digital lottery channels. The upgrade will also include Connected Play, second-chance promotions, and a loyalty program, aiming to simplify operations and elevate player experiences [1].
The partnership, which builds on a 30-year history, is expected to deliver a full suite of new retailer hardware, including 5,250 Retailer Pro S2s, 2,220 GameTouch™ 28s, 75 GameTouch™ 20s, 250 GameTouch™ Draws, 1,250 Digital Menu Boards, and an enhanced communications network. These solutions are designed to drive player engagement and offer versatility, reliability, and convenience [1].
