Brigade Hotel sets India IPO price range at INR85-90/share

Brigade Hotel Ventures (BRIA.NS), a subsidiary of Brigade Enterprises Ltd (BEL), has set the price band for its initial public offering (IPO) at INR 85 to 90 per share. The IPO, valued at ₹749.6 crore, will be open for bidding from July 24 to July 28, with anchor investors able to submit their bids from July 23. The IPO will list on stock exchanges by July 31.

The IPO will primarily be used to repay debt, acquire land from the promoter, and fund strategic initiatives and general corporate purposes. Brigade Hotel Ventures operates nine hotels across key cities in India, managed in partnership with leading global hotel chains.
