Bridgewater's Co-CIO: US stocks are worth owning, US economy poised for strong growth
Bridgewater's co-chief investment officer Karen Karniol-Tambour said on Tuesday that US stocks are "good stuff" to hold, adding that she expects robust economic growth under the Trump administration. The S&P 500 has risen nearly 5 per cent since Mr Trump's election victory. Ms Karniol-Tambour said the prospect of US economic growth was driving the market higher, despite the 10-year US Treasury yield hitting a four-month high after Mr Trump's election. "We may still have room for growth, even with taxes and a lot of unknowns," she said.
