Brand House Collective Q3 Sales Down 9.6% YoY, Store Comps Up 1.7%

The Brand House Collective reported a 9.6% YoY decline in net sales to $103.5 million in Q3, driven by a 7.4% decline in consolidated comparable sales and a 6% drop in store count. Store comps grew 1.7%, while e-commerce declined 34.6%. The retailer's net loss improved from $7.7 million to $3.7 million, and operating expenses decreased 33% YoY to $23.1 million. The company is set to be acquired by Bed Bath & Beyond in a transaction expected to close in Q1 2026.
