Braemar Hotels & Resorts Declares Monthly Preferred Dividends for January 2026

Braemar Hotels & Resorts declared and set aside cash dividends for its 5.5% Series B Cumulative Convertible Preferred Stock and 8.25% Series D Cumulative Preferred Stock. The dividends will be paid on April 15, 2026, to stockholders of record as of March 30, 2026. The dividend for the Series B stock is $0.1146 per diluted share, and the dividend for the Series D stock is $0.17187 per diluted share.
