Boyaa Interactive Doubles Down on MTT Esports with $4.18M Token Subscription

Hong Kong-based Boyaa Interactive (0434.HK) has signed a token subscription agreement with MTT ESports, committing to subscribe to 10% of its token supply with 4.18 million USDT, approximately 210 million MTT tokens. The tokens will be linearly unlocked starting from January 2026 and will be fully unlocked within 48 months.

This agreement marks the second round of investment by Boyaa Interactive in MTT ESports, following the first round in September 2024 with 100 BTC, totaling approximately 10 million US dollars over two rounds. As a result, Boyaa Interactive now holds a 25% stake in MTT ESports, a company focused on Web3 infrastructure and game development and operation.
