Luca Mariano Distillery, an emerging bourbon brand, was founded by Francesco Mariano in 2010 as a hobby. The company follows federal laws for bourbon production, which requires at least 51% corn in the mash, specific distillation and barrel requirements, and aging for at least two years. Luca Mariano Distillery is trying to make a mark in the bourbon industry despite its relatively new history.
