The sale allows the Bonduelle Group to accelerate its activities in the fresh delicatessen market, both in France and Europe [1].

The LSDH Group, a family business with a strong focus on sustainable production methods, will continue using the Bonduelle brand on packaged salads in France through a licensing agreement. The Bonduelle Group is confident in the LSDH Group's ability to turn around its operations in France, given the latter's solid expansion plan [1].

The divested scope represented approximately 3.5% of the Bonduelle Group's turnover for the 2024-2025 financial year, amounting to €80 million. The result of this divestment will be reflected in the accounts for the 2025-2026 financial year, which began on July 1, 2025 [1].
