BNB Chain has introduced the Gas-Free Carnival, an initiative aimed at facilitating smooth and cost-free stablecoin transfers within its network. This move is part of a broader effort to enhance the efficiency of asset movements and boost overall activity on the BNB Chain.

One of the key features of the Gas-Free Carnival is the elimination of transaction fees for stablecoin withdrawals through several top exchanges. Users of centralized exchanges (CEX) can now withdraw stablecoins to BSC and opBNB without incurring any fees. Major partners such as Binance, Bitget, and MEXC have waived withdrawal fees for the duration of the campaign. For instance, Binance users can withdraw USDT, USDC, or FDUSD in amounts higher than $20 per transaction to BSC or opBNB at no cost. Other platforms like MEXC and Bitget have set a lower minimum deposit requirement of $10.

In addition to exchange withdrawals, BNB Chain is also supporting free wallet-to-wallet stablecoin transfers. This initiative involves popular Web3 wallets such as Trust Wallet, SafePal, UXUY Wallet, Bitget Wallet, and Coin98, among others. Eligible wallets can perform up to six free transfers per day, with a minimum transfer amount of $0.10 for each transaction. These transfers must be direct wallet-to-wallet movements on BSC and cannot involve Dapp swaps. For example, transferring FDUSD from a Trust Wallet to a SafePal wallet can be done gas-free, up to twice per user per stablecoin per day. This wide network of wallet support makes it easier for users to move funds without the burden of gas costs.

For users with assets on other chains such as Ethereum, Polygon, Avalanche, or Tron, BNB Chain has made cross-chain bridging free through Celer cBridge and Meson.fi. These platforms are offering 100% gas fee rebates and a $0 platform fee for qualifying stablecoins transferred to BNB Chain. The service began in the last quarter of 2024 and will continue through March 31, 2025, or until rebates are exhausted. Celer cBridge supports the bridging of USDC, USDT, and FDUSD across multiple chains, with a maximum rebate of 1,000 FDUSD per user address. Meson.fi offers the lowest threshold for USDT bridging from Ethereum, Arbitrum, and Tron, with a maximum rebate of 1,000 USDT per user.

After transferring stablecoins to BNB Chain, users can access a variety of high-APY opportunities within the DeFi ecosystem. For example, Venus offers APYs of up to 21.86% with FDUSD, while Kinza Finance provides APYs of up to 37.01% on FDUSD. Radiant offers FDUSD deposits with more than 17% APY. These opportunities not only ease access but also enhance the BNB Chain ecosystem by promoting wider stablecoin adoption throughout DeFi.

While the Gas-Free Carnival provides users with significant value, BNB Chain reserves the right to adjust or cancel the event at any time without notice. Users are advised to conduct their own research before participating in DeFi activities. This initiative underscores BNB Chain's commitment to improving user experience and fostering growth within its network.
