BMO Capital Markets Undergoes Restructuring, Senior Managers Depart

Bank of Montreal has let go of two managing directors in its capital markets unit, Alena Vinogradova and Nancy Branch, as part of a reorganization. Vinogradova had worked at the bank for over 12 years and was head of the XVA trading team. Branch had been with BMO for around 24 years and was head of cross business structuring. The bank declined to comment.
