BMI Group has acquired the former Weyerhaeuser Prince Albert pulp mill site and buildings from Domtar, ending plans to re-open the mill. The site will not be used for pulp and paper production again and BMI plans to search for industrial business tenants. One Sky Forest Products Ltd. is seeking investors to build an oriented strand board (OSB) manufacturing plant on the site.
