Blockchain Futurist Conference Expands to Miami in 2025

The Blockchain Futurist Conference concluded its seventh annual event in Toronto, solidifying its position as Canada’s longest-running Web3 conference. The event, part of Canada Crypto Week, brought together industry experts, innovators, and enthusiasts for a day of insightful discussions and immersive experiences.

This year, the conference introduced a new format, transforming the historic Old Toronto Stock Exchange into a futuristic Web3 world. The event featured projection-mapped walls, multi-level activations, VR experiences, NFT galleries, and more, creating a unique blend of past and future financial technologies.

Key highlights from the 2025 Toronto edition included over 120 industry experts speaking across two stages, multiple expo halls showcasing emerging technologies, and various sessions hosted by ETHWomen, ETHToronto, and Blockchain4Her. The event also featured author meet-and-greets, book signings, and a curated NFT gallery with over 150 artists showcased by Goat Gallery. Additionally, the conference hosted a live NFT artist onsite, special lounge activations, VR experiences, and multiple dedicated media interview areas.

In addition to the conference, over 120 events were hosted across Toronto as part of Canada Crypto Week, reinforcing the city’s status as a hub for Web3 innovation. The organizers expressed their gratitude to the event sponsors, whose support made it possible to unite the industry and create a platform for collaboration.

Looking ahead, the Blockchain Futurist Conference is set to make its U.S. debut in Miami this fall. The next edition will take place November 5–6, 2025, at the Seminole Hard Rock Guitar Hotel and DAER Dayclub & Nightclub in Greater Miami, Florida. This flagship event will feature two full days of programming, five stages, indoor and outdoor activations, private cabanas, and high-impact networking, offering a larger format and broader international reach.

The Miami event is expected to be the premier Web3 event in the U.S. this fall, focused on real deal flow and meaningful connections. Tickets are now on sale, and applications are open to speakers, sponsors, community partners, media, and volunteers.
