Blaize Holdings, a provider of AI-enabled edge computing solutions, reports "advanced" discussions for $300 million in revenue opportunities through 2027. The company offers a full-stack programmable processor architecture suite and a low-code/no-code software platform for high-performance computing at the network's edge and in the data center. Its products include Blaize Pathfinder and Blaize Xplorer platforms, as well as the Blaize AI Software Suite. The AI Studio delivers AI-driven data operations, development operations, and machine learning operations tools.

Blaize Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: BZAI), a leader in programmable, energy-efficient edge AI computing, has reported advanced discussions for $300 million in revenue opportunities through 2027. The company's latest financial results, announced on August 13, 2025, reflect a significant shift from technology validation to execution, with a focus on deploying its technologies to progress sovereign AI strategies and deliver intelligence to critical infrastructure.

In the second quarter of 2025, Blaize reported revenue of approximately $2.0 million, an increase of 97% compared to the first quarter of 2025, driven largely by the initial shipments of its South Asia purchase order. The company's Adjusted EBITDA loss for the quarter was $12.9 million, down from $15.4 million in the first quarter, reflecting a stable cost base and improved gross margin.

Blaize's recent business announcements include a $120 million agreement with Starshine to deliver sovereign-ready Hybrid AI infrastructure across Asia and a $56 million purchase order for smart infrastructure rollout in South Asia. These projects underscore the potential market demand for Blaize's platform model and are being executed through strong relationships and partner-led go-to-market strategies.

The company has also launched the Blaize AI Platform, a programmable, plug-and-play AI infrastructure stack built for edge-to-cloud deployments. This platform combines Blaize’s GSP-based silicon, verticalized software stacks, low-code/no-code SDKs, and a fast-growing ecosystem of solution providers and system integrators.

Looking ahead, Blaize expects continued revenue growth from existing contracts and new wins across Asia, the Americas, and the Gulf Region. The company is working closely with chip and contract manufacturers to secure supply chain capacity, aligning technical milestones with billing cycles, and enhancing internal systems to scale order fulfillment and revenue recognition.

Blaize's financial outlook for the third quarter of 2025 and fiscal year 2025 includes revenue guidance of $11.0 million to $11.5 million and $35.0 million to $38.0 million, respectively, and an Adjusted EBITDA loss of $13.5 million to $14.5 million and $55.0 million to $58.0 million, respectively.
