BlackRock Enhanced Equity Dividend Trust (BDJ) portfolio manager changes announced. Tony DeSpirito will no longer serve as a portfolio manager effective December 31, 2025. Cem Inal, David Zhao, and Kyle McClements will join as new portfolio managers on November 28, 2025. Inal previously served as Chief Investment Officer of US Large Cap Value Equities at AllianceBernstein.
