Bitcoin News Today: Bitcoin, Ethereum ETFs Attract Inflows Amid Falling Prices

Bitcoin and EthereumETH-- ETFs recorded their first November inflows after a $2.9 billion outflow streak, according to a BeInCrypto report.
Spot BitcoinBTC-- and Ethereum exchange-traded funds (ETFs) saw their first net inflows for November 2025 on November 6, ending a six-day outflow streak that totaled nearly $2.9 billion. The reversal came as BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) and iShares Ethereum Trust (ETHA) led the inflow surge, though crypto prices continued to decline despite the capital influx.
The ETFs' performance marked a brief reprieve for investors after weeks of sustained outflows. Between October 29 and November 5, Bitcoin ETFs lost approximately $2.05 billion, while Ethereum ETFs shed $837.66 million. However, the November 6 data showed a turnaround, with Bitcoin ETFs attracting $240.03 million and Ethereum ETFs gaining $12.51 million. BlackRockBLK-- dominated the inflows, with IBITIBIT-- pulling in $112.44 million and ETHAETHA-- securing $8 million. Fidelity's FBTC and ARKARK-- 21Shares' ARKB also contributed significantly, adding $61.64 million and $60.44 million to Bitcoin ETFs, respectively, the report said.
Despite the inflows, crypto prices remained under pressure. Bitcoin fell 2.37% to $100,768, while Ethereum dropped 3.40% to $3,284, extending their weekly declines of nearly 9% and 8%, respectively. Analysts attributed the price weakness to broader market volatility and uncertainty ahead of the week's close. "Everything depends on the weekly close," one strategist noted, highlighting the 50-week Exponential Moving Average (EMA-50) as a critical technical level for Bitcoin's near-term direction, the article added.
The Ethereum ETF landscape showed mixed results. While ETHA and Fidelity's FETH led inflows, Grayscale's ETHE ETF reported $3.53 million in outflows. The remaining Ethereum funds reported neutral net flows for the day, the BeInCrypto piece observed. Meanwhile, Bitcoin ETFs saw universal inflows, with no outflows recorded among the major funds. This contrast underscored the divergent investor sentiment toward the two cryptocurrencies, even as both faced price declines.
The market's focus now turns to whether these inflows signal a broader recovery or a temporary reprieve. With institutional demand surging for crypto products, the ETFs' performance could influence broader adoption. However, the continued price weakness suggests that retail and institutional investors remain cautious, balancing optimism over ETF inflows with macroeconomic uncertainties.
