Binance Lists Newton Protocol Contracts Expanding Trading Options

Binance Futures has announced the listing of Newton Protocol (NEWT) contracts, marking a significant expansion of its trading options. On June 24, 2025, at 14:00 (UTC), the exchange will convert the pre-market trading of the USDS-M NEWT Perpetual Contract to a standard USDS-M NEWT Perpetual Contract. This transition is part of Binance's broader strategy to offer users a more diverse range of trading instruments.
Newton Protocol, an AI-driven decentralized finance (DeFi) platform, will be listed on Binance on the same day and time. The listing is part of Binance's HODLer Airdrops Program, which rewards users who lock their BNB tokens in Simple Earn or On-Chain Yields products. Eligible users who lock their BNB tokens from June 14 to June 17, 2025, will receive a portion of a 12.5 million NEWT token airdrop. The spot market listing date for NEWT is June 24, 2025, at 14:00 (UTC), with available trading pairs including USDT, USDC, FDUSD, BNB, and TRY.
Newton Protocol, developed by Magic Labs, leverages AI-driven verifiable automation to streamline complex financial operations. The platform allows users to delegate tasks such as asset swapping, staking, portfolio rebalancing, and yield optimization to intelligent AI agents. By integrating these automations with user control and robust security, Newton Protocol aims to make DeFi more intuitive and accessible. The platform employs a verifiable automation system that ensures AI agents' actions are transparent and trustworthy, using zero-knowledge proofs (ZKPs) and trusted execution environments (TEEs). This approach guarantees that off-chain computations are secure, auditable, and aligned with user-defined rules, known as zkPermissions. Additionally, Newton Protocol features scoped autonomy, allowing users to set precise boundaries for their AI agents' actions, preventing unauthorized operations. The platform also introduces a reputation system for AI agents, incentivizing them to act in users' best interests through a transparent scoring mechanism and economic penalties for misbehavior. This dynamic fosters accountability and enhances user trust. Furthermore, Newton Protocol's cross-chain compatibility simplifies critical processes like asset bridging and portfolio management, tackling the fragmentation of Web3.
