Binance Honored by Singapore Police for Cybercrime Fight

During the event, Mr. Zhang Weihan, acting Deputy Commissioner (Investigation & Intelligence) and Director of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) of SPF, delivered a speech appreciating Binance and other companies for their efforts towards safety against cybercrime. Mr. Akbar Akhtar, Binance’s Head of Investigations for APAC, commented that receiving this appreciation award is an honor for Binance. He expressed gratitude to the Singapore Police Force for recognizing their efforts against cybercrime and emphasized Binance’s belief in collaboration to provide effective security for people’s assets. Akhtar also noted that Binance actively participates in initiatives by law enforcement agencies and other industries to combat cyber threats.
