Klaviyo's data shows that cross-channel orchestration, including the use of email and text messaging, drove significant gains during BFCM 2025. Shoppers who received both email and text placed 11% more orders, added 34% more items to cart, and viewed 71% more products. Text messaging emerged as a powerful conversion tool, with revenue growing 25% YoY and send volume increasing 34% YoY. CRM channels, including email and text, accounted for $2 of every $5 spent with Klaviyo customers during BFCM.
