Bemax Inc. has extended the distribution date for its special dividend of Series A Convertible Preferred Stock to June 30, 2025. The dividend is payable to common stockholders of record at the close of business on March 28, 2025. Each Series A Preferred Stock can convert into 30 common stocks after a 180-day holding period. The dividend, valued at 10% of the total common shares owned, was initially set to be distributed on March 31, 2025.
