BARK, Inc. has retained Moelis & Company LLC as financial advisor and Sidley Austin LLP as legal advisor to the Special Committee of its Board of Directors. The Special Committee will review and evaluate preliminary non-binding indicative proposal letters received from Great Dane Ventures, LLC, and any proposals from other parties.
