Charlotte, NC — Barings BDC, Inc. (NYSE: BBDC) has announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.26 per share for the fourth quarter ending December 31, 2025. The dividend is payable on December 10, 2025, with the record date set for December 3, 2025. Additionally, the company will report its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025, on Thursday, November 6, 2025, after the market closes.
