Banzai to Acquire ConnectAndSell, Doubling Annual Revenue and Enhancing AI Platform Capabilities

Banzai International has reached an agreement to acquire assets of ConnectAndSell, an AI-powered sales acceleration platform, for approximately $15 million. The deal is expected to close in Q2 2026 and will add sales acceleration capabilities to Banzai's platform, expanding its reach across the go-to-market workflow and creating cross-sell opportunities. The acquisition supports Banzai's strategy of building a comprehensive software platform through the addition of complementary solutions.
