Bank of America has raised its minimum hourly wage to $25 for full- and part-time employees, effective next month. This brings the minimum annual full-time salary to over $50,000, up from $20,000 since 2017. The bank has approximately 213,000 employees in 35 countries and has distributed close to $5.8 billion in restricted stock awards since 2017.
