Nuveen Municipal Credit Income Fund (NZF) has announced that Bank of America Corporation, a 10% owner of the fund, has made two transactions on January 2, 2026. In the first transaction, Bank of America purchased 6,075 shares of NZF at a price of $12.61 per share. In the second transaction, the bank sold an equal number of shares at a price of $12.52 per share.
