Safe Pro Group Inc. (SPAI), a leading provider of AI-powered defense and security solutions, has partnered with Ondas Holdings Inc. (ONDS) and Unusual Machines Inc. (UMAC) [1]. Under these MOUs, Safe Pro Group will collaborate with Ondas and Unusual Machines to integrate its patented AI-powered drone imagery analysis and computer vision technologies into their respective hardware and software offerings.
The collaboration with Ondas will focus on enhancing the company’s ecosystem of autonomous commercial, defense, and security drone platforms with AI-powered small object and threat detection capabilities. This is expected to support organizations responsible for protecting sensitive locations, populations, and critical infrastructure. The agreement also includes expanded marketing efforts targeting the U.S. Department of Defense, NATO partners, and a deeper footprint in Ukraine, where Safe Pro’s technology has already been battle-tested [1].
Unusual Machines will integrate Safe Pro’s SPOTD threat detection data with its FPV (first-person view) drone offerings, enhancing the visual imagery provided to enterprise and government end users. This integration will support rapid battlefield analysis and large-scale commercial and humanitarian demining operations [1].
Safe Pro’s SPOTD technology, powered by Amazon Web Services (AWS), can scale globally, offering solutions for rapid battlefield analysis and large-scale commercial and humanitarian demining operations. The technology has been tested in Ukraine, where over 1.78 million drone images have been analyzed, and 31,600+ threats have been identified across 7,819 hectares (19,321 acres) [1].
These strategic partnerships come on the heels of significant investments made by Ondas and Unusual Machines into Safe Pro Group on August 21, 2025 [1]. The collaboration underscores the growing importance of AI in the drone industry, particularly for defense and security applications.
