AWS has introduced the Graviton5 chip, which powers the new Amazon EC2 M9g instances. These instances deliver up to 25% higher performance than the previous generation, with 192 cores per chip and 5x larger cache. More than half of new CPU capacity added to AWS is powered by Graviton, and 98% of the top 1,000 EC2 customers have benefited from its price performance advantages.
