This update aligns with the company's obligation to comply with Article L.233-8 II of the French Code de Commerce and Article 223-16 of the Règlement Général of the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) [1]. The gross total of voting rights was calculated based on the total number of shares with voting rights, including those deprived of their voting rights. The net total was then derived by subtracting the number of shares without voting rights (treasury shares).
In comparison, Crystal Amber Fund Limited, another French entity, recently purchased 85,000 of its own ordinary shares at a price of £1.27 per share, which will be cancelled. This transaction, announced on May 20, 2025, reduced the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue to 84,623,762, resulting in a total number of voting rights of 66,481,347 [2].
These updates highlight the importance of accurate and up-to-date information for investors and financial professionals. They underscore the need for companies to maintain transparency and adhere to regulatory requirements.
