AtlasClear Commences Dawson James Clearing Operations, Enhances Infrastructure for Scalability

AtlasClear Holdings, Inc. announced the commencement of Dawson James Securities' clearing operations through Wilson-Davis & Co., Inc., the company's wholly-owned self-clearing broker-dealer subsidiary. Dawson James represents the first major introducing broker integration on Wilson-Davis' enhanced clearing platform, which has been upgraded to support multi-client scalability. This integration is expected to reduce onboarding timelines for future correspondent clients and generate operating leverage and margin expansion.
