Astrotech Corporation has appointed Jennifer Cañas as Chief Financial Officer, effective May 22, 2025. Cañas previously demonstrated strong leadership and delivered solid results since 2022. Thomas B. Pickens III, Chairman and CEO, stated that the Board is delighted to promote Cañas to CFO, citing her hard work, competence, and knowledge. Cañas will oversee the company's financial operations and strategy.

Astrotech Corporation (NASDAQ: ASTC), a leading mass spectrometry company, has appointed Jennifer Cañas as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective May 22, 2025. Cañas, who has been serving as the company's Corporate Controller since June 2022, brings over two decades of senior financial experience to the role.

Cañas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Houston – Clear Lake, where she graduated with honors. She has extensive experience in senior financial roles, having previously served as the Controller at The Texas Water Company from 2018 to 2022. Prior to this, she founded a tax and financial advisory firm and worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers and other accounting firms.

Astrotech's Chairman and CEO, Thomas B. Pickens III, praised Cañas' leadership and competence, expressing confidence in her ability to deliver value for shareholders.
