ASP Isotopes and subsidiary Quantum Leap Energy have entered a Memorandum of Understanding with Fermi America to collaborate on the research, development, and construction of an advanced nuclear fuel research and production facility at the planned 11GW HyperGrid Campus in Texas. The joint venture will focus on the development of a HALEU enrichment research and commercial production facility, as well as a commercial production facility for stable isotopes and advanced materials. Fermi America will be responsible for obtaining licenses and permits for the JV HALEU Project.
